PPG will highlight its ADJUSTRITE® commercial estimating system at the annual National Truck & Heavy Equipment Claims Council (NTHECC) industry trade fair set for October 12–15 in San Diego at the Bahia Resort Hotel.

The presentation, “Leveraging the Power of Electronic Commercial Estimating Systems,” will be made Friday morning, October 13, by Ryan Woolfenden, PPG marketing manager, commercial value-added programs. Woolfenden will discuss how electronic estimating solutions improve process efficiency, accuracy and consistency and enhance a company’s professional image. A live demonstration of the AdjustRite system will be included. All show attendees are invited to the presentation.

“The AdjustRite system is the only commercial estimating program designed especially for heavy-duty truck repairs and provides users with the opportunity to make immediate comparisons on the pricing and availability of parts,” said Woolfenden. “This is a significant benefit because the program speeds up the entire estimating and repair process. If the point is to expedite claims, minimize truck downtime and do so in a cost-effective manner, the AdjustRite estimating program can have a direct, positive impact on a company’s bottom line.”

Woolfenden points out that the AdjustRite system takes into consideration the overall repair process and produces detailed estimates based on a sophisticated and comprehensive database of truck parts, repair information and logic. The database includes more than 100 heavy- and medium-duty truck makes and models and is continuously monitored and updated as parts costs and availability change. The AdjustRite program can also facilitate fast parts procurement and—of special interest to anyone working with insurance claims—even assist in quickly resolving subrogation matters.
