Taking a little more time outside the booth prepping your job can save you cycle time inside the booth. On blend panels, be sure to use 800 grit DA on an interface pad along with gray scuff pads (not red!). Using too coarse of a paper or pad can cause deeper scratches and the need to use a wet bed to help fill them. While using a wet bed is a good idea to help blend tough colors, insuring your prep work is appropriately finished will eliminate the need for a wet bed on every job. This will save you significant time in the booth and boost your productivity!
